Built for what the county drives
Humboldt County drives trucks. Crew cabs from the timber and construction jobs, ranch rigs from Ferndale and Kneeland, boats and trailers from the bay and the Eel, and the lifted pickups that never fit a tunnel anywhere. The bays take all of it, at whatever hour the job ended.
- Boats, trailers, and oversized trucks welcome
- Undercarriage rinse for salt and mud
- Vacuums at the stalls for the cab
- Open 24 hours, every day of the year
Mud season and dust season
From October to April the county's back roads turn to mud and the Eel and Van Duzen bottoms flood. A truck comes home carrying half the road. From June to September the same roads turn to dust that gets into every seam. The wand handles both. The vacuum handles what came inside on your boots.
Next door when you want the crew to do it
During full-service hours the tunnel and the $65 Quick Clean Out run right beside the bays. Wash the truck bed yourself, then pull around and let the crew do the cab.
